If you've turned your heat down or off with it being so nice last week, that would be enough to cause her to be drinking a bit less, as a heated environment is less humid and a lot drier than an unheated one. Now today, with heat back on, maybe she'll increase her intake! Mine go through seasonal changes in diet and water consumption 3-4 times a year... and I always freak out about it first, till I realize they're all doing it, lol. It's warmer, or cooler, they're more or less active, etc...
