I can only imagine how hard this is for Yoda to be going through and all I can do is offer prayers for him. I hate to see any dog get old and infirm and lose the fun of life they used to enjoy so much. Your job now gets harder and more painful also so I will keep you in my prayers as well. I know this is the worst time in a dog's life and for the person who loves them so. I know you two are a team and will hope and pray that this time together is all the more sweet because you are together.
