Totally agree with this as well. If it's for the safety of a person then I see this as not breaking a secret. I am a little overly passionate on this subject because of a few things that have happened recently to myself and others. Some people can't keep a confidence to save their live and will even elaborate and embellish.

People like that need a hobby or psychiatrist!
