Just out of curiosity, how do you know the dog isn't AKC certified / accredited? She insists she has "papers" though I honestly wouldn't really know what I was looking at, not knowing much about the AKC / CKC etc.

In any case, thanks for the feedback on the $$$ (and others who have said the same thing).... that sheds a whole new light on the whole deal.
