Hi! I can see some strands building near the outline of the eye maybe because of the secretion from his eyes. It is not that teary but I am worried because I always see him 'scratching' near his eyes. It seems like he is removing the hair that is building up near his eyes.

Well noted on the teething. Can I do something to help him through this process?
