I thought I would share this with anyone who is having trouble Whee Whee training there Yorkie. I kept Buddy in a really small area so that he had no choice but to do his business on the pad. I slowly give him more and more space, phrasing him like crazy when i see him going. He loves gettin those hugs and kisses. After a while, he will only want to go on that. Worked for me.
