I had a pup with congenital problems and so I wont compare. Like humans each problem is different, each symptom etc. When you are dealing with a heart concern you REALLY need to go to a cardiologist, yes they cost a bit more but they are the ones who can truly diagnose etc. I can't stress enough that you NEED a cardiologist here and also, a good vet would refer you as such, a great vet would insist on it....I'm so glad I have a great vet....good luck and keep us posted.
