Welcome! She's a cutie and she looks all Yorkie to me. I have a now 14 year old Yorkie and his ears were floppy until he was about 4 or 5 years old and then they just stood up and have been up ever since. If you want them to stand, try keeping the hair trimmed short on them and that might help them stand. Personally, I think they're cute floppy.
