A few times I thought Coco felt warm, but she was ok. The vet told me, sometimes their tummies feel hot or they give off a lot of heat. But the way you can tell if they have a fever, if they are lethargic, nose dry, mouth dry, eyes droopy and if you have a thermometer, take their temp to see if it's over 102.
