I see it this way- if she's going to go to the trouble of making up stories about a sick puppy, I begin to wonder if she even has a puppy. Yes , there's photos of her with a puppy, but my daughter has photos of herself with all 4 of my pups and all 3 of my adult dogs. Anyone can snap a selfie of themself holding a friends or family members dog.
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, until the things they are posting just begin to blur together and they can't keep their story straight. It's then that I begin to think they're here just to cause problems and get us all riled up and there's probably not a puppy anyway. If there is, I hope she gets him the help he needs, but as the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.
When they get ugly and start calling names, that pretty much seals it for me and let's me know that we have hit the nail on the head.
And there's nothing in the rules that says we can't call someone out when they don't tell the truth. We have her ample opportunity to come clean, answer questions, give information, etc and she chose to call some names. She made her choices and she has to live with them, and the abuse of her dog if that's the case. She knew exactly what she was doing and we all fell for it because we care.
