I tasted the Pedialyte before giving it to Bella and I didn't like the taste either. It didn't taste sweet enough, and it tastes a little salty, kind of like dilute Gator-Ade. My vet said it's safe to give Gator-Ade as well, but you have to keep in mind that it has a much higher sugar content, so it's for short term use only.
