Nose bleeds, even wickedly active ones, don't make that type of pattern. It's not a drip pattern from something walking around bleeding nor is it an arterial spray pattern. There isn't a drag pattern from something walking around with a bleeding nail. Nor is it a splatter pattern from an animal shaking a paw, head or anything else. In addition, if the puppy wasn't still actively bleeding, the blood on the pad would not be that red.
To be totally honest, it looks someone had a squeeze bottle with red paint and squirted some on a pad.
JMO.
If, on the off chance that it is real, then it's just plain stupid to be on the net rather than at an emergency vet, $300 or not.
