First, are you *very* sure she didn't eat a toxic plant or something? If she possibly did, you need to get to the vet asap. If not, then perhaps it's heat stroke? In which case you want her to hydrate. Also try feeding her a bit of cracker, bread, or carb to help absorb the juices.
