I ban Mike to point of this so call riffraff you speak of . . that you scrape off the bottom of the pan . .

Any good cook knows that that is the BEST part. Just add chicken broth, flower for a Rue and let simmer which becomes the most delicious Sauce. Riffraff I think not... Awesome sauce yep I think so !

So there, you can take that analogy and put it under your thinking cap.
