Check to see if her gums are dry or moist and pink. Our little ones can dehydrate very quickly. Do you have a syringe that you can put fluids into her to keep her hydrated. I too keep pedialyte handy at home.
She may very well have eaten something outside. Try to see if she will refuse her favourite treat?
Tufty had a very upse tummy one day and was just not himself. So I took a little food and mixed in half a capsule of slippery elm powder and mixed it in a little food (raw meat even on an upset tummy he didn't refuse it).
