That's a lot of blood for a small puppy. I would be taking my puppy to the vet ASAP. Callie was sick and pooed straight blood in the middle of the night and we took her to the vet ASAP. Blood loss in a very small very young pup is very serious and if your vet is not concerned I think you need to find a new vet.
