Are his toenails sharp? Sometimes they can scratch themselves behind their ear or someplace if he is itching and tear the skin a bit. It's hard to see in dark fur, but you can take a moist white washcloth or paper towel and wipe all over him to see where it came from.

Of course, keep an eye on him and have a vet check up as soon as you can, especially as he is very young.
Yeah nothing on his body was cut but his nails are really sharp so I just trim them I think maybe a nose bleed it's really hot out here in cali so maybe the heat made his nose bleed it stop nothing since this morning
