I need tips on how to train Charlie that running away from you when you come after him is not a game. I am sure that is what he thinks it is. i want to take him places like the dog beach and let him run free and worry about that because he has done it at home. Sometimes he'll stay right by my side when we walk out without a leash, but he has decided to run and make me chase him and it turns into me chasing him up and down the street while he plays you cant catch me. How do I make sure he knows not to do that.
