New to YT, we have had Yorkies for nearly 40 years, live north of Baltimore.
Yesterday we lost our beloved 8 year old Ollie. Had been to local vet hosp.
around noon, x-rays, etc checkup, he had lost a step or two, more dry coughing but was eating ok. Vet said all looked pretty good. I asked about
how to calm him for 2 hr car trips , he said 1/4 to 1/2 of a 25mg tab of Benedryle. We went home, all ok. 2 hrs before planning to leave for our
place near Lewes, DE we gave Ollie the Ben in liq form. I hr later he died.

We are devastated. If I had not gone to the vet yesterday he would be alive. We have little 1 1/2 yr old Teddy (yorkie) who is now without his buddy. He is sad, too. Looking for someone who breeds, loves the breed and does not have fearful pups. Thank you, Ron Anthony
