Welcome to YT.... I have had only females spayed and they were never in pain after spaying I don't much about males & neutering,if you think he's uncomfortable or in pain, call your vet. When the rest of YT members wake up I am sure they will give you many more suggestions and advise, but your vet should always be consulted. Good luck and I hope your lil kai feels better soon.
