I know exactly what you mean. I spoke to so many breeders before I decided on my little koda. All the breeders in AZ have champion lines etc which is great, but I wasn't looking for a show dog. I wanted a companion! I went with a first time breeder but I've been really happy with her and all the precautions she's taken etc!
