I have a little finicky guy. Galen was almost 14 weeks and only 2lbs. I know the problems. I had to sit with him and make sure he ate. The things I would do to get him to eat a piece of dry. I would break it. Sometimes he would want the big pieces. I would mix two types of dry food. Sometimes he would want one type and sometimes the other.
I would try a little wet food mixed with the dry and put in in a saucer. I even ground up the dry and mixed it with the wet.
He is still picky. But I found he loves primal Freeze dried food. I have three different types and he gets a different one each day and dry in the morning.
Also try to stay calm. They feel your frustration. And it makes things worse. Good luck. If you need anything pm me |
