Can I ask who gave you this information. I believe them to be ill informed. Dogs diets do not require veggies if you plan on feeding raw. There are great dehydrated raw products out there and from what I see on your list, you've found several of them.
Dogs need 80% muscle meat (that includes heart) 10% bone and 10% organ meats of which 5% should be liver. Most companies selling high quality premade raw usually take this into account. Some of them add veg, herbals and fruits. That is truly your call. My boys do not get fruit and veg as part of their meals.
Bones provide calcium and also are the binding agent in poops. My boys eat ground meat bones and organ for breakfast and then whole meat at dinner. I do this to ensure they are getting enough bone content to keep their poops nice and tidy.
