I don't know if you've heard of the "Doge meme" (you can google it), but it involves placing telegraphic comments on a photo of a Shiba Inu, almost always ending in the comment "Wow." I would email the photo to the owner with the comments: "Bad owner. Much irresponsible. Doesn't want me. Put me on Craigslist. Wow."
