I also use the Choke-Free harness. I, too, have arthritic fingers that keep getting worse. The Choke-Free is so easy to use and puts no pressure on my sore joints. It uses velcro and I think it is just as easy to take off as it is to put it on. It is also a very safe and comfortable harness. I really like it because it puts no pressure whatsoever anywhere near the neck.

I'm also anxious to see Chattiesmom's newest harness that she mentioned in this thread.
