Hi all, sorry I'm just getting back to you all. I took her to the ER, the gummies did not have xylitol or iron in it. Which I thought was odd that a children's vitamin doesn't have iron, but good in my situation. They looked at the bottle, monitored her for an a couple of hours. She doing well, no reactions. Just making sure she eats and drinks as normal. Thank you all for your help and concerns. What a mess I was!
