Awww, lucky Gizmo. It sounds like he's living a great life now. Anna was 6 when we got her. We don't know a whole lot about her past. We know she was used as a breeder and the rescue is pretty certain that the first 6 years of her life were in a cage. We are going to make her official birthday the day we picked her up. So she is nearly 7 now. It's so nice to be able to work on training without fear of having my hand bitten. But she is proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks.....for that matter, I am proof of that too.
