Yes, you are correct. It was one of the reasons that I chose the Air over the Pro. He told me that unless you do a lot of graphic work the Air had a faster processor and the battery lasted longer than the Pro. It's also only 2 lbs so it really is like air. The other thing that he mentioned was there are now no moving internal parts (hard drive) in both the Pro and Air. They stay cool unlike a laptop or even the older model Pro. When we bought the Pro in September that model was a hard drive with a fan. The newest model did not. The Air was about $200 cheaper than the Pro.
