dog This is the secret to weight control. Portion Control! Just cut things in half, do not cut things out. You are going to want to eat what you cannot have so why not just cut back on it. Eat a half a sandwich. small bowl of ice cream and say to yourself, NO MORE. Get out and walk. I walk every day except Sunday(church) I go with friends and we take bags and pick up trash along the way. Keep our city clean and exercise. You can lose weight if you tell your body who is the boss and cut back. Eat fruit, veggies, and treat yourself once in awhile. This is how I keep my weight down and not worry about it. Remember, you are beautiful, no matter what size. God looks on the heart. Good people see others that way too. Look up, receive blessings of strength to lead a happy, healthy life! |
