I have always used 1/2 a tube and it still works well. Mine says 2.5 lb to 20 lb. if you sign up for their emails on the website you will get specials. Like buy 3 get one free or buy 6 get two free. They also have sent a free tube with purchases. So if you are interested go sign up!
