I am so sorry to hear that your Khloe is so sick. You might want to start a new thread so that you will get more feedback.
I am a bit concerned about the neck issue....how old is she? Did they say what the issue was? Shaking often indicated pain.
I know you say money is tight, but I honestly think you should consider an internal med specialist so you can get to the bottom of the problem here. Often it is cheaper to do that rather than to keep going back to the vet and also to the EC.
