 Guess that it is our turn
It seems that over the last month,4 of our 5 dogs has had tummy issues. These have ranged from loose stool to a pancreatic attack. So far I have invested a bit over $1000 and 4 visits to the vet.
It has occurred to me that it is their food. They have all been eating BlueBuffalo Basic Kibble. Each meal,each pup has also received 2T of Blue Buffalo Grain free or Blue Buffalo Stew wet food. This is always mixed with rice or pasta before they get it.
Dogs are fed twice a day am/pm ,one small Blue Buffalo cookie yoguart and fruit only, cheerios or fresh veges as a snack.
I'm thinking that it is the wet food and am going back to cooking. However if they continue to have problems I will be switching kibble.
Skittles is a 12yrs old poodle,he had the attack with his pancreas. He has always had a sensitive tummy.
Mina is 3 she is a yorkie,picky eater and a diva.
Amigo is a 7yr old chi. He NEVER gets sick and this is where I started putting it all together.
Kenzie is a 10 month biewer. She is beyond the word sturdy,topping the scales at 10lbs so far and can eat anything. Today was her turn. Bless her heart she made sure that she made it outside.
Thankfully everyone is hydrated, and they are all still happy to eat.

Let me just say that 4 dogs throwing up or having very loose stools is just not fun. I haven't lost my mind yet ,but I am loosing a braincell here and there. |
