It does seem pricey, but it's potency is actually higher than fish oil. It comes in an airless pump, so it won't go bad. For a tiny Yorkie about 5#'s, it only takes half a pump (1 full pump for every 10#'s) It will last awhile! Just wanted to let you know the options out there.
