Other signs would be blood in the poop. If the blockage is partial, there might not be any vomiting or other signs of discomfort. This is what happened to Matese's Cody recently. The poop was stringy and came out like earthworms. Don't worry, the vet will be able to rule this out after checking out the sample you brought in. Hopefully it's something minor that can be easily treated.
