This is a true emergency. HGE Acute Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis is often fatal. They vomit then vomit blood, poor appetite, then drop the blood sugars, have seizures etc and can easily die. I am not trying to scare you. I lost my three pound yorkie last year to the same thing. I will say a prayer that yours is less serious.
