The Karo and baby food should act very quickly if it's hypoglycemia, within a half hour. If he's still shaking after that, please take him to the vet right away. And if he's still vomiting and has diarrhea, take him to the vet ASAP and have him tested for parvovirus. He's still very young and small, and small puppies can go downhill rapidly.
