Try feeding him chicken baby food...you need this baby to eat asap....he can not survive on water....he can easily lick chicken baby food from your finger, and it is easily digested...start there. When he gets a couple more weeks on him, you can boil chicken and rice and see if he will take that....go for easy and fast and tasty and easily digestable...baby food requires no expendature of energy to chew....he can just lick it and swallow....and they all seem to love it....and as long as he is drinking, I would put Pedialyte down for him......
She got him at 6 weeks of age and now he's almost 8 weeks old. By all means follow Yorkiemom's advice--she has a LOT of experience nursing young Yorkies along. To summarize:

(1) See a vet who has experience with toy breed dogs. Consider getting him tested for parvovirus.

(2) Feed chicken baby food for a couple of weeks.

(3) Try Karo syrup instead of honey.

(4) Give him Pedialyte to drink instead of water.

(5) If he doesn't stop shaking really really soon, get him to the vet right away.
