I would recommend you keep trying different types of chew treats as those are the ones that dogs will really chew hard on. I use CET Chews (get at Amazon) and raw bones (bison rib bones), Honest Kitchen Beams, and a few misc chews for my kiddos.
Otherwise, she'll need them extracted when you get her spayed.
