I have the 1st one you linked & LOVE it! Mine is a pink plaid design, kinda like a girly wannabe Burberry color. It came w/4 tethers, cup holder & it was very important that the front part (the frame) was solid so they can put their front paws on it & look out (bc that's what they do on their car seat
). I also like that it has a flexible handle when I need to supervise them for whatever reason.
I never took it outside yet, so can't tell you how it runs, but indoors, it was nice. I plan to use it when they get old loll! I got it from ebay, from the same seller you linked, very fast shipping.
