What a good discussion! Lilah found her bark recently as well and oh my goodness. I use a stern "no" an withdraw my attention but I wonder sometimes if my no ends up being a response to ghe bark and could antagonize or affirm her barking...? It does seem to be getting better so I think she is understanding that the behavior is undesirable. She has gained kitty control for the most part but new people (people she knows but who don't live inside our home) arriving is a really tough one- I understand an acknowledgment of their arrival but come on lilah- they have been here for ten minutes! Glad to hear others training tactics.
