If you plan to feed a commercial diet (kibble, canned, pre-made raw and so on), vitamins are not necessary. Commercial diets are carefully balanced to deliver the nutrients a dog needs. More is not always better, for dogs or humans.
The best way to care for teeth is to brush and to have vet dental cleanings as needed. I should add that genetics plays the biggest role in how a Yorkie's teeth will fare.
