Beware of that site. She is just a scammer! I have filed a complaint against her with the Consumer Complaint Commission and Pay Pal. I am disabled both physically and emotionally. I have a bad case of PTSD and my little Toni is my therapy dog, to be with me and ease my stress in uncomfortable situations.
I am not able to drive so have to depend on public transport. I was looking for a Fundle and happened on Tanya's website. She came off as very helpful and eager. Paid $200 for it and since I live on disability and late husband's pension that was a bit of an expense. When it came I had problems with the zippers, they would come all of the way off and with my coordination and tremor issues that was a problem. She finally talked the company into taking it back and they sent a label which I couldn't print so Tanya had me send it to her home. We picked out another sling, said she ordered it and I would have it in 7-10 days which was over 2 weeks ago which doesn't sound unreasonable except she won't respond to my emails or phone calls. I even called her this am and informed her about complaints and she still hasn't attempted to make this situation right. Please don't deal with her anymore, don't know what has happened but no longer trustworthy.
