Default Lexie doesn't like to chew!?

Lexie is 6 months old now, and her adult teeth are coming in, but she is not losing her baby teeth yet. She doesn't seem to like to chew! She doesn't bite at fingers (thankful for this), but she also doesn't like to chew on anything else good or bad for her. Her baby teeth are loose, but they haven't started coming out on their own yet. She's lost a couple into my hand when I've been brushing her teeth. I am afraid to give her Greenies or Nylabones to chew, but I don't know what else to do to get her baby teeth out. She looks like a little shark with two rows of teeth. I don't want her to have to have them extracted. She's only 2.5 lbs, and I didn't like her getting anesthesia for her spay. Any suggestions on what to give her to chew? She has rope toys, plush toys, and some Kong puppy rubber items that she loves to play with but doesn't actually CHEW. She eats well, Blue Buffalo small breed puppy kibble and Blue hard and soft treats. Thanks!
