I have a Buddy Belt that fit my little girl when she was around 2 pounds. It is a size 1 and adjustable for growth. Tatiana is now almost 3 pounds and it still fits. I would get a BB as they are a great quality harness and they are not able to slip out of it if properly adjusted.
