Sorry to hear this. I don't know anything about the that pet pharmacy but I can tell you what is working for my 14 year old who is also in kidney failure. I also did the 5 day kidney flush on IV fluids. Now I give him SQ fluids every other day and my vet also recommend a medication called Azodyl that he's been on for 3 months. You can buy it online. Just make sure you order from someone that ships on ice because it does need to stay refrigerated. He also takes Zantac twice a day because the kidney failure can make them nauseous. If you can get him to eat a low protein diet that is better for them. Mine wouldn't eat it though so I feed him anything he wants. I had his bloodwork rechecked a couple of weeks ago and his Creatinine had come back down into normal range and his BUN had come down from 69 to 55. It's still elevated but definitely better. Of course all of this is just prolonging but as long as I can keep him comfortable, I'm going to keep him around for as long as possible. Good luck. I hope you find something to make your boy feel better.
