No matter what age, Yorkies can be trained or retrained as needed to use a peepad. Main thing is to confine them to a room with the pad or pads in it (like the kitchen) and keep her in there when you're not able to watch her. Whenever she uses the pad, praise her like she just did the best trick ever, and give her a treat.
