How cruel is that!!! What on earth would bring someone to do that to a helpless dog. This may sound harsh but I believe in an eye for an eye, and the same thing goes for animals. If someone does something cruel to animals then they should have the same thing done upon them.... I know they will get theirs in the end but I don't think it's soon enough. S***t like this pi**es me off so bad....
