When I got my Yorkie she was still fairly young and the owners before had been trying to train her to use a puppy pad. This would be the first Yorkie I've ever had and I have no clue how to go about training her to use the bathroom indoors. When I notice my dog sniffing the floor I do pick her up to place her on the puppy pad. But she just doesn't go. She'll wait until you allow her to leave and then go on the hallway or bedroom floor. Any tips on how to potty train her?
