One sis, said well I have never liked the small dogs I run into in the elevator as on more than one occasion have had my ankles nipped, and nobody shuts up their yappy dog.
My other sister said; well I sure see this wee one's attitude and I love it. I said YT's with correct temperament have very little give up in them - they are pretty tough beasties at least in the own mind. Most little dogs I meet either cringe away in fear, or start yipping a whole lot --- this I don't like. To which I responded it is with any size of dog that is mis-behaving more a comment on the owner than the dog. Big or small you need to do your training and socialization. |
Truer words have never been spoken! Cusos to you for helping your sisters open their eyes a bit wider
