I would keep her on a puppy food until at least 6mths old. Are you saying the food you have is meant only for pups who are 8wks and younger? If so, that'd be a really unusual food. If that's the case, I'd probably switch foods once she becomes nice and settled in her new home...I'd give her at least 2 weeks to get settled.
She doesn't need milk and in fact it may unbalance her diet. Perhaps wean her off of it if you're comfortable doing that? As long as she is eating her dog food, her diet should be balanced correctly.
